SPOTLIGHT: New data supports Erbitux
ImClone and Bristol-Myers Squibb announced positive data on Erbitux as a first-line therapy for head and neck cancer. Data demonstrated that patients taking Erbitux in combination with chemotherapy lived longer in a late-stage trial. Erbitux is already approved to treat head and neck cancer as a combination therapy with radiation or after chemotherapy fails. Erbitux is also approved for colorectal cancer. Data from the trial will be presented at the American Society of Clinical Oncology annual meeting in June. Report
