SPOTLIGHT: Digene strikes pact on diagnostic test
Digene has struck a deal with Austin-based Asuragen to sell a diagnostic test under development for cystic fibrosis. Asuragen is seeking regulatory approval for the test, which would be the second on the market. Once a woman is genetically screened for cystic fibrosis, she would never need to be screened again.
