SPOTLIGHT: Cleveland Clinic spinoff goes public

Cleveland Clinic spinoff Cleveland BioLabs, a maker of biodefense and cancer treatment, has gone public, selling 1.7 million shares of its stock for $6 per share. Cleveland BioLabs is hoping to earn $8.5 million from the offering and will use the money to continue research and development of radioprotectant and anti-cancer compounds. Report
