Schwarz touts new Fesoterodine data
Germany's Schwarz Pharma is touting late-stage trial data supporting its new drug for overactive bladder. Pivotal data for Fesoterodine demonstrated a statistically significant reduction in the number of urge incontinence incidents and micturitions. The drug was generally well tolerated with dry mouth cited as the most frequent side effect. Schwarz filed for regulatory approval in the U.S. and Europe earlier this year.
