Roche seals Genentech takeover

The long saga surrounding Roche's takeover of Genentech came to an end today as Roche announced that it now controls 96 percent of all Genentech stock. The pharma giant says it will now go ahead with the merger "as soon as possible." Roche's challenge now is to make sure Genentech's top scientists don't jump ship. Report
