Regulators agree to review new gene therapy
EU drug regulators have agreed to review Cerepro, a gene therapy for brain cancer developed by Ark Therapeutics. Ark has presented data that Cerepro can almost double the expected survival times of brain cancer victims.The therapy works by stimulating an enzyme that kills cancer cells.
