pSivida inks deal to acquire Control Delivery Systems
Australia's pSivida has inked a deal to buy Control Delivery Systems, a drug delivery company. CDS stockholders will wind up with 40 percent of the shares of a combined company, giving the deal a $104 million value. The Australian company also gains a new operating hub in the biotech-rich Boston area.
