Pharmasset files for $75M IPO
Pharmasset has filed an IPO to raise up to $75 million. The Princeton, NJ-based drug developer has candidates for HIV, hepatitis B and hepatitis C in clinical development. Pharmasset had $832,751 in revenue for the quarter ended December 31. As is usual in these cases, the company did not file any details about the number of shares to be offered or the price at which they would be offered.
