Pharmacopeia and Cephalon ink development deal

Pharmacopeia has launched a drug discovery partnership with Cephalon for an up-front fee of $15 million. Cephalon will identify compounds and both companies will work together to develop them. Whichever company chooses to develop a candidate will agree to pay the other a schedule of milestone payments.
