Pfizer's Kindler shares R&D tips

Tools

Each group, according to Kindler, should be headed up by a Chief Science Officer who's prominent in his or her field of research. Finally, the groups should be left alone to operate how they please. Their only job would be discovering promising new drugs for the company. Report
