Why there are no checks on these corporate bandits.They plunder public money --investores money.This executive culture is the main cause of global decline and problems for US industry. The excutives don't have to manage better.There is greater incentive to close the plants, layoff workers and declair accomplishment in cost savings.
Borrow lot of money and buy out smaller competitive companies and show it as " business Growth". How gullible the investors --the public is.
