The family of Rebecca Zahau, whose naked, bound body was found at the mansion of Medicis CEO Jonah Shacknai, claims in a wrongful death lawsuit filed in San Diego that she was murdered. The lawsuit named Shacknai's brother, ex-wife and her twin sister as defendants. The family is seeking $10 million in damages. The death two years ago has already been ruled a suicide. Story
