InNexus Biotechnology is consolidating operations and may build a protein manufacturing plant in Phoenix. InNexus is developing drugs from proteins for heart disease and cancer. About 40 people will work at the site, but company officials say that could expand to 250 over time if they go on to build a protein manufacturing facility.
