Dishman buys Swiss drug production operations
India's Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals has agreed to pay more than $75 million for Carbogen Amcis in Switzerland, which controls three production facilities. Dishman says it expects to be able to improve margins at the contract manufacturing operation while burnishing its high potency manufacturing reputation in India.
