AstraZeneca has rights to AGI-1067, a Phase III drug for the treatment of  atherosclerosis, or hardening of the arteries.

$157.7M licensing deal

The deal is for the development of treatments for metabolic and liver disorders.

$40M collaboration deal

The two companies will work on developing new treatments for inflammatory diseases and cancer.

DUSA

Sirius Labs

$30M buyout

DUSA will pay $8 million in cash and $17 million in stock, with another $5 million in potential payments for new product launches and sales milestones.
