Clark named CEO of Genocea
Genocea Biosciences has promoted its business chief, Chip Clark, to the CEO's post. Clark joined Genocea as chief business officer in August 2010 and played a "critical role" in finalizing the company's $35 million Series B financing announced last month. Prior to joining Genocea, he served as chief business officer at Vanda Pharmaceuticals, a biopharmaceutical company he co-founded in 2004. Genocea release
