Cardinal Health to sell pharma services unit for $3.3B
Cardinal Health has struck a deal to sell its pharmaceutical technologies and services business to the Blackstone Group for $3.3 billion. The unit-which was put on the sales block last fall-makes and packages therapeutics for the biopharma industry and employs about 10,000 people.
