Arpida snares TLT Medical in buyout

Arpida has snapped up Switzerland's TLT Medical for an undisclosed sum. TLT has an "innovative onychomycosis therapy" for fungal infection headed into a Phase III trial in Europe that will compare it to the standard of care for mild to moderate OM. A regulatory filing for marketing approval could come as early as late 2008.
