> Canada's QLT says it will fight an injunction blocking the sales of its pancreatic cancer therapy Eligard. A federal court in Illinois granted the injunction against the sale or marketing of Eligard until May 1. The injunction was sought by TAP Pharmaceuticals, which claims that QLT and Sanofi-Aventis violated their patent. The court, which stayed its ruling for seven days, also ordered a voluntary recall of the therapy. Report
