Details: Termeer received a cut in his overall compensation package from 2007's $14.6 million. However, he was awarded a $75,000 increase in his base salary, bringing it to $1,578,514. The value of his stock awards rose nearly $1.5 million, while the value of his option awards dropped from $10,040,452 to $7,791,889. 

Also included in Termeer's payment package was $115,502 in other compensation, including $73,599 for use of the company's car and driver. The rest went to matching contributions to his 401(k), life and disability insurance.
