GAITHERSBURG, Md., Oct. 29, 2012 -- Sigma-Tau Pharmaceuticals, Inc. today announced the appointment of Jeff Hackman as its new Vice President of Commercial Operations. Mr. Hackman has joined the leadership team at Sigma-Tau Pharmaceuticals Inc.'s U.S. corporate headquarters, in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
