Reengineering the Economics of Autologous Cell Therapy

ET
60 Minutes

The economics of autologous cell therapy won’t be solved by a single breakthrough. The manufacturing model must be reengineered end to end.

This roundtable will explore how automation and parallel processing, AI, raw material strategy, and other emerging approaches can work together to reduce COGS and improve manufacturing efficiency. We'll discuss where these investments can have the greatest impact today, where the next opportunities lie, and what it will take to build a more scalable and economically sustainable model for autologous cell therapy.

Key discussion topics include:

  • Where automation and parallel processing can have the greatest impact on manufacturing costs and throughput
  • How AI and emerging technologies can improve manufacturing processes and decision-making
  • The role of raw material strategies in reducing costs and improving manufacturing consistency
  • How to prioritize investments that support long-term manufacturing and economic sustainability
