Available on-demand
60 Minutes

Drug development teams face constant pressure to move faster and do more with less, and quality cannot be compromised when the work informs regulatory decisions. A transformation to drug development processes is underway, predicated on AI, but the path is winding and uncharted. Partner and platform choice, workflow design, and organizational adoption are the major hurdles to getting it right without sacrificing rigor.

Drawing on Weave's real-world collaboration with Takeda, we explore how technology builders and domain experts can partner to unlock speed while protecting, or even enhancing, quality. We’ll share our playbook: lessons on selecting, designing, and implementing AI that meets the bar drug development demands.

Attendees will leave this webinar understanding:

  • How to implement and scale AI while upholding or elevating scientific and regulatory quality
  • Designing workflows that place expert judgment in the cockpit and scientific context at their fingertips
  • The nature of collaboration between humans and AI systems, and the skillset shifts required to be effective
  • How to chart a course from today’s workflows to the future’s
