The Evolution of DNA Production: From Cells to Chemistry

Available on-demand
60 Minutes

Join us for an exclusive look at emerging advances in cell-free DNA production, including an innovative approach that combines microfluidic oligonucleotide synthesis, high-specificity DNA assembly, and cell-free cloning. This session will explore how machine learning and automation are being applied to support the synthesis of long, complex, clonal-quality DNA.

By moving beyond traditional bacterial cloning methods, this approach aims to improve accuracy, scalability, and efficiency in gene synthesis workflows. Attendees will gain perspective on how to accelerate progress in genetic medicine with strategies that enable faster turnaround times, improved quality, and more cost-efficient production.

Learn about:

  • How to enable production of longer, more complex DNA constructs, including multi-kilobase linear DNA and plasmid inserts
  • The evolving role of machine learning models in refining synthesis protocols and improving consistency in real time
  • New production paradigms for increasing throughput while reducing physical footprint and resource intensity
  • Considerations for balancing accuracy, cost efficiency, and scalability in modern DNA synthesis workflows
