Eric Jia-Sobota is the Founder of EverGlade Consulting. In this role, he oversaw a vast management portfolio which included seven programs and three technical working groups sponsored by BARDA, DOD, DARPA, DTRA, and DOE.  His portfolio encompassed more than 1,600 project awards and a staggering $12 billion in awarded federal funding. Through this experience, Mr. Clark has honed a deep expertise in reviewing proposals, crafting statements of work, negotiating contracts, and managing post-award contract deliverables and administration.

Laura Powell is a seasoned consulting professional with extensive experience in securing and managing non-dilutive federal funding for companies across the life sciences and biotechnology sectors. With expertise spanning the entire lifecycle of government contracting, she has a proven track record of guiding clients through key milestones—from Tech Watch meetings and concept paper development to full proposal submissions, contract negotiations, and management of post-award contract deliverables. Dr. Powell is a PhD-trained scientist with expertise in monoclonal antibody discovery and development. In her role at EverGlade, she manages a portfolio of over $1 Billion in federal funding and uses her technical expertise to support companies in navigating the federal funding landscape and strategically partnering with federal agencies to advance their innovative technologies.
