Matthew L. Plaud

Matthew L. Plaud brings over 20 years of experience in highly regulated environments to his role as Chief Operations Officer for Cryoport Systems' IntegriCell™ cryopreservation services platform. He is responsible for building a global network for cryopreservation facilities to support the scaling of cell therapies, creating a comprehensive vein-to-vein supply chain solution. Before joining Cryoport Systems, Matthew served in key roles at SOTIO and the American Red Cross, including President and COO of SOTIO Inc. and Interim CEO of the ARC Massachusetts Region. He holds a degree in Human Resource Management from UMass and a Master of Science in Management from Eastern Nazarene College.

Dr. Mike Scott

Dr. Mike Scott is an expert in haematology, immunology, and stem cell biology, with over 28 years at Cambridge University Hospital, where he established the BMT facility and stem cell lab. He later became Director of the Cambridge Cellular Therapy Laboratories and founded the regional Haemato-oncology Diagnostic Service. In 2019, he transitioned to Advent Bioservices as President, significantly growing the organization and securing key regulatory licenses. Dr. Scott has co-authored over 100 publications and is a Fellow of both the Royal Society of Biology and the Royal College of Pathology.

Matthew Frazzetta

Matthew Frazzetta is a seasoned Biopharma supply chain executive with over 25 years of commercial development experience, including 15 years in BioServices. At Thermo Fisher, he was instrumental in transforming the company into a leading cell and gene therapy service provider. Since joining Cryoport Systems in 2020, Matthew has driven the strategic expansion of the company's BioServices business, focusing on advanced therapy supply chain management and innovation in cryogenic workflows. He is committed to aligning operational capabilities with client needs in this rapidly advancing and dynamic field.

Amy Hendricks

Amy Hendricks is a recognized expert in Cell and Gene Therapy supply management and secondary drug packaging, with more than a decade of experience in the field. As a Director at Cryoport Systems, she leads operations and program management across multiple international GMP facilities. Amy is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), bringing strong leadership and expertise to her role in advancing the company's BioServices division.

Robert S. Jones

Robert S. Jones is a seasoned supply chain executive with over 30 years of experience, including a decade in the blood transfusion industry. At Thermo Fisher, he founded the Bioservices facility in Bishops Stortford, U.K., supporting more than 100 advanced therapy clinical trials. Since joining Cryoport Systems in 2018, Rob has led the strategic expansion of the company's BioServices business, focusing on critical supply chain support for advanced therapies. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Biomedical Scientists and a member of the Royal Society of Biology and the Institute of Clinical Research.
