Vestagen pulls in $8.25 million for high-tech medical scrub uniforms

Vestagen Technical Textiles completed an $8.25 million financing to accelerate commercial development of its Vestex line of high-tech medical scrub uniforms and other protective clothing. The Orlando, FL-based company bills the product as part of "a new class of medical devices" designed to repel liquids and possess antimicrobial properties.
