Teleflex switches CEOs

Jeffrey P. Black has been relieved as the CEO of Teleflex, and has been replaced by Benson F. Smith, a Teleflex board member. Black became CEO of the company in 2002, after two years as president of the company. He will receive $5.4 million over three years, plus health insurance reimbursement for the next three years, plus a potential 2010 bonus. Story
