Another day, another "poached" employee--this time, it's St. Jude suing Boston Scientific over a sales rep. The rep, Blaire Kiland, left Medtronic to join Boston Scientific under what St. Jude calls fradulent conditions in a lawsuit filed in California. Now that Kiland wants to join St. Jude, Boston Scientific is crying foul, and it has filed a separate suit in Minnesota saying he has violated the terms of his contract. St. Jude is moving to stay, transfer or dismiss the suit until the California case is resolved. Story
