Merit Medical creates 100 jobs in plant expansion

U.S.-based firm Merit Medical plans to expand its Galway, Ireland, plant and add 100 jobs to its current 250 employees in the city. Merit plans to establish Galway as the company's European hub for pre-pack business, prompting the €6.7 million expansion and proposed hiring.
