Google Ventures kept busy funding med tech startups in 2015, and certainly beyond

Alphabet ($GOOG) has left absolutely no doubt about its intentions to transform itself from a search engine-based IT company to one that focuses on all sorts of technology, especially medical devices. And its newly created med tech arm, Google Life Sciences will benefit from a number of investments made by Google Ventures 2015. The venture arm is said to have an annual budget of $300 million, and much of it will be invested in med tech. See the list of investments
