FMD pauses for long weekend

It's been an exciting week--we've gone daily and unveiled a new website. We've also seen some strange and interesting news stories, from the frenzied speculation surrounding Bio-Rad's ($BIO) future after founder David Schwartz's death, to M&A announcements from GE Healthcare ($GE) and Covidien ($COV). Following the tradition of the stock market, however, we at FierceMedicalDevices won't be publishing tomorrow in observance of Good Friday. But we will be back Monday with a brand new week of breaking medical device stories. In the meantime, please remember to nominate your favorite 15 device developers and have a wonderful--and, we hope, warm--weekend. - Liz Hollis (email | Twitter) and Mark Hollmer (email | Twitter)
