Final Synthes exec sentenced in Norian case

A fourth Synthes official has been sentenced to 8 months in prison and ordered to pay $100,000 for a misdemeanor count of shipping adulterated and misbranded medical devices. Richard Bohner's sentence comes a month after former Synthes North America President Michael Huggins and exec Thomas Higgins received 9-month sentences. Another exec, John Walsh, was sentenced to 5 months in jail. More
