Covidien ($COV) has picked up CE mark approval for its EverFlex self-expanding peripheral stent, a device outfitted with the company's Entrust delivery system. Covidien says the one-handed delivery method is more accurate than anything else on the market, and the new device allows for a smaller puncture size during implantation, reducing levels of bleeding and the need for closure devices. EverFlex will begin its rollout in Western Europe next month, according to Covidien. More
