> Anika Therapeutics ($ANIK) loses again: The FDA upheld its earlier non-approvable decision for the company's Monovisc PMA. Monovisc is a hyaluronic viscosupplement injection designed to treat small synovial joint pain, and it's already approved in Europe. Release

> Suture Express, a specialty supplier of sutures and other surgical supplies, filed a $200 million antitrust lawsuit against Cardinal Health and Owens & Minor, alleging that the wholesale distributors of medical and surgical supplies unfairly prevent their customers from using specialty suppliers. > Volcano ($VOLC) is looking to raise $400 million in convertible senior notes due in 2017. Item
