CoreRx has moved into its new 35,000-square-foot facility in Clearwater, FL, and the new lab will more than triple the CRO's daily capacity, the company said.
The new plant is four times the size of CoreRx's former facility, and it carries high-capacity Good Manufacturing Practices certification, according to the company.
The facility is outfitted with a state-of-the art catalytic air cleaning system and climate-control systems for temperature, humidity and air quality, CoreRx said, and its analytical labs feature the latest instrumentation.
CoreRx offers preformulation services, formulation development, contract manufacturing and analytical services to its clients, and the company says tripling its capacity will allow it to cut down formulation-to-market times for drugmakers.
