A federal judge has refused to rule on a case stemming from the $4.8 million wire transfer fraud that was inflicted on Medidata ($MDSO) in 2014, Law360 reports. Medidata is trying to get its insurer to cover the losses. The judge wants more information before making a decision, telling the parties to come back with details of the method the fraudster used to send emails to Medidata. Article
