Potomac Institute slams Obama's BRAIN Initiative

The Potomac Institute for Policy Studies warned that President Obama's BRAIN Initiative is destined to fail unless funding commitments increase dramatically. Last week the BRAIN working group detailed plans that would cost $4.5 billion over the next decade. The Potomac Institute is calling for a $2 billion a year National Neurotechnology Initiative.
