Steve will have responsibility for all aspects of Product Development, Product Management and Service Delivery.

Steve was previously Vice President of Software and Services, Health Sciences Global Business Unit (HSGBU) at Oracle Corporation where he led 1,100 professionals and directed all aspects of product development, services, support, and hosting (SAAS services) for HSGBU Oracle and Phase Forward products.

Prior to Oracle, Steve was Senior Vice President of Software and Services for Phase Forward, where he led all product development, global services, hosting, Helpdesk and Information Technology. Steve was involved in all acquisitions from identification to integration. He was instrumental in the company's success including the 2004 IPO and 2010 $685 million sale to Oracle.
