Takeda has outlined plans to reorganize the company under a new leadership group. The new structure includes Koichi Kamiyama as the director of the newly dubbed strategic production department, which replaces the old "Product Planning & Administration Department." As part of the restructuring, the "Overseas Project Management Department" is being dissolved and its current job responsibility is transferred to the strategic production department.
