Looking to develop new clinical trial partnerships, Samaritan Pharmaceuticals has hired a chief for its European operations and opened an office in Athens. Dr. Christos Dakas will take over as managing director of European operations, which includes Samaritan Ireland. Samaritan is working in collaboration with Georgetown University in advancing eight compounds.
