Forest CEO Saunders to lead combined company after Actavis buyout

With Actavis ($ACT) poised to buy Forest Laboratories, the Irish company announced that Paul Bisaro, chairman and CEO of Actavis, will become executive chairman while Brent Saunders, currently CEO and president of Forest, will become CEO and president, and a member of the board of directors.
