EXTON, Pa.--Frontage Laboratories, a full-service contract research organization that helps clients reduce the time and cost of product development, has acquired BDM Consulting, of Summerset, N.J. The acquisition expands Frontage's current capabilities and strengthens its full-service drug and medical device development services across both North America and Asia.
Frontage has acquired a 45 percent interest in BDM and now exclusively co-owns BDM along with Hangzhou Tigermed Consulting. BDM is an independent contract research organization specializing in biostatistics, data management and SAS programming.
