Framework Solutions, which provides clinical-commercial solutions for the biotech and pharma industries, acquired regulatory consultant firm Onix Life Sciences in a move to expand its global reach and services offering.
U.K.-based consulting group Onix formed in 2010 to provide guidance on electronic common technical document (eCTD) submissions, publishing and eCTD lifecycle management to facilitate client submissions to the FDA, EMA and other regulatory health authorities. Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
Bringing Onix’s regulatory operations services on board is part of Frameworks' efforts to “expand our suite of service offerings,” Frameworks CEO Joe Walsh said in the release.
"Combining our regulatory operations capabilities alongside Frameworks' current offerings will elevate both companies and undoubtedly benefit our customers," ONIX CEO Jasbir Chohan added.
