Verastem Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock

CAMBRIDGE, MA - July 16, 2013 - Verastem, Inc., (NASDAQ: VSTM), focused on discovering and developing drugs to treat cancer by the targeted killing of cancer stem cells, today announced that it intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering.
