(NASDAQ:SGYP) today announced the appointment of Marino Garcia to the newly created role of Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, effective immediately. Marino has served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and member of the leadership team since joining Synergy in March 2014. As Chief Strategy Officer, Marino will continue to drive all business development activities, as well as lead the planning and execution of Synergy's corporate strategies and priorities.
