2011 Calendar Info

Calendar sales launch with a kick-off party November 6, 2010, where Dr. Joshua Hare (February) will receive SCF’s second grant for heart disease. For online calendar sales and related events, visit www.CELLebrityDocsCalendar.com

“Nearly 128 million Americans are suffering from diseases that can potentially be reversed through stem cell therapies, some of which are currently being studied by our 2011 “CELLebrity” Doctors. We’re so very fortunate to have these distinguished doctors participate in our first national project,” said Sabrina Cohen, Founder of SCF. “This calendar allows the Foundation to accomplish both education and fundraising, and familiarize people across the country with our mission in a fun and creative way.”

Cutting Edge Research

The cover of the 2011 calendar features Dr. Hans Keirstead, University of California, Irvine, whose research recently translated into the first FDA approved trial to treat acute spinal cord injured patients with embryonic stem cells.
