Resignation of Chief Financial Officer
Chief Financial Officer, Mark Smith, has tendered his resignation from Sigma to pursue other interests. Mr Smith's resignation will take place with immediate effect.
Mr Mark Watson a Partner with KPMG will act in the role until the Board has identified and appointed Mr Smith's replacement. That process is under way.
The Board will advise further on the outcome of its search as soon as it is completed.
