Rick will be based in Phlexglobal's US headquarters in Malvern, Pennsylvania.

Rick brings to Phlexglobal 30 years of executive leadership and sales experience with technology and professional services firms focused on meeting the needs of companies in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries including IBM, First Consulting Group, and Taratec Development. Most recently Rick was CEO of LIQUENT, a software technology and outsourcing services organization specialized in providing solutions that meet life sciences clients' needs across their regulated business processes that support product development, approval, and lifecycle. During his tenure, Rick oversaw LIQUENT's transformation from a point publishing software solution supplier into the leading provider of Regulatory Information Management solutions to the life sciences industry. These solutions included the market leading LIQUENT InSight software platform and a broad range of Regulatory outsourcing services.
