Mylan shuttering facility

Mylan says it will close its facility in Durham, North Carolina and lay off 370 workers as it positions itself to fight a $5 billion hostile takeover attempt by Carl Icahn. About 270 of the workers are sales reps. Mylan also had announced a $1.25 billion stock buyback plan.
